Frequently asked questions

Can you confirm a price online?

We can provide a model-specific estimate after checking the exact device and fault. The final quote, parts grade and any diagnostics charges are explained before you authorise work.

Is same-day repair available?

Some common repairs may be completed the same day when parts and technicians are available. This is not a guaranteed completion time, particularly for liquid damage and board-level faults.

Can I choose the replacement part quality?

You can request genuine manufacturer, refurbished-original, premium compatible or value compatible parts where available. The technician will explain the actual part, its compatibility and any differences.

What about my data and device access?

Back up important data if you can. We only request access when necessary for diagnosis or testing and will explain the process; please do not include passwords in your booking notes.

Which Bristol shop can I visit?

Fone Revive has shops at 5 Union Street, Bristol BS1 2DD and 55 Gloucester Road, Bristol BS7 8AD. Choose the branch when requesting your visit.

Is there a warranty?

Eligible repairs have warranty terms set out on the repair documentation. Duration, conditions and exclusions can depend on the fault and part. Confirm the details before proceeding.

Ready to ask about your repair?

Request a visit to either Bristol store. A technician will check the model, fault and parts before confirming the booking.

What to know before arranging this service

Our independent Bristol repair team can help assess the problem, discuss the practical options and explain whether repairing the device makes financial sense before chargeable work is authorised.

To get a useful quote, tell us the exact model, what went wrong, whether it has been repaired before and which Bristol branch suits you. Pricing, parts and completion times are confirmed individually.

Before bringing your device

Where possible, back up important data, note the model, explain any earlier repairs and remove unnecessary accessories. If the device is swollen, overheating or liquid-damaged, stop charging and ask the team for safe handling advice. Never send passwords in an online request.
